What's in Your Cart? #BestYearEver Linky Party!

I do not know about you but I am EXCITED for all of the wonderful possibilities for this next school year!  Recently, my health has taken a turn for the worse (thus why I have been rather quiet around here).  I have taken the time to regroup and am eager to get this #bestyearever started!  Let’s begin with talking about the great deals happening on TeacherspayTeachers!  On August 1st and August 2nd (I’m celebrating twice as hard since this is my birthday!), WE can save up to 28% on our back to school purchases! Yes, I said …. WE! I know I will be shopping!  Just be sure that when you go to check out use the promo code BESTYEAR!

Thanks to Jenna from Speech Room News for hosting this linky party so that we can all share what we have in our shopping carts.  Everything in my store will be 20% off.  Using the promo code provided by TpT, you can save up to 28% on items in my store (on top of the extra 15-20% off already offered on my bundles).  Here are some items in my store that you may find helpful to get your school year started and to see you through the entire school year!

SEASONS & HOLIDAYS: OPEN-ENDED GAMES BUNDLE-  This Growing Bundle will help get you through the year with lots of fun open-ended games for 12 seasons and holidays!  Each set includes a Build A Scene or Object game, 2 game boards, and a collecting points game.  Most of the sets also include larger pieces to use as a barrier game for following directions!

RECEPTIVE-EXPRESSIVELANGUAGE BUILDERS BUNDLE:  SEASONS &HOLIDAYS-  This HUGE Bundle containing 10 receptive and expressive language builder sets addresses a variety of language skills!  Students work on receptive and expressive vocabulary for Seasons, Holidays, and Special Events while also targeting description skills, inferencing, asking/answering questions, and basic sentence formulation. Manipulative and sentence strips are included.

ARE THEY FRIENDS? SOCIAL STORY SET- This social skills set helps students understand just who is and who isn't acting like a friend. It provides students with a social story in three formats, journal opportunities, and color/dauber follow-up activities to learn this important skill.

There are so many wonderful resources!  I’m excited to get my hands on some of them for this upcoming school year.  What is in my cart?  Well, I’m glad you asked!

INTERACTIVE LANGUAGE NOTEBOOK: AUGUST- I am excited to get language notebooks for my student’s this year.  This August pack addresses nouns, pronouns, verbs, plurals, prepositions, multiple meaning words, antonyms, synonyms/shades of meaning, categories, WH questions, comparing/contrasting, and sequencing.  I love that it addresses so much!  My administrator will love that it is common core aligned for K-2!

LANGUAGE CARDS BUNDLES-  I do not know about you but I have so many old card sets.  The kids are just as sick and tired of them as I am.  That is why this set is totally in my cart!  This bundle includes 8 colorful sets of cards addressing: Antonyms and Synonyms, Categories, Idioms, Homonyms and Homophones, Irregular Past Tense Verbs, Plurals, Prepositions, and Pronouns!  With them being downloadable, I love them even more because I can use them in a variety of games including memory and go fish!

When working with little ones, you always need to have multiple back-up plans.  In fact, you need to have a back-up plan for your other five back up plans.  Plus, you need to keep it active and entertaining!  That is why I have these next two products in my cart!
THE WHEELS ON THE BUS: INTERACTIVE- My kids love when I can incorporate a tablet into therapy!  I love that it is interactive as we sing the song and it comes with activities, games, cards, and a mini-book to send home with the kids to practice with their parents!
PIZZA: EARLY LANGUAGE TARGETS-  This is just the cutest idea!  It has recipes using basic arts and crafts materials, and works on sequencing, requesting, following directions, prepositions, and WH Questions!  Plus, the little ones can keep their hands busy!  It’s a win-win!

Oh!  Be sure to check out my Instagram, for a chance to win a $10 gift card for TpT! If it is not up yet, keep checking because you will have SEVEN different opportunities to win a $10 gift card!

So, what’s in your cart?  What kind of caseload are you preparing for this upcoming year?
